This website (lullauk.com) is operated by LULLA, a brand of Zentra Global LLC ("LULLA", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in the United States. By using this Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

LULLA operates an online store selling hand-crocheted, star-shaped baby suits and related products. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility

This Site is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Product details and prices may change without notice.
  • Product colours and images may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen and lighting differences.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • All prices are shown in British Pounds (£ GBP), inclusive of tax where required by applicable law, unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Errors in pricing or product description
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised payment
  • Breach of these Terms

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS certified systems. We do not store your full card details. Some cards may be declined based on your card issuer's own policies, which is outside our control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Estimated UK delivery takes 6–10 days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Issues caused by an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
  • A delivery delay on its own does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, contact us at help@lullauk.com within the timeframe stated above. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless applicable law states otherwise. Refunds will be issued once the product is received, or proof of return is provided, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal.

This right applies without prejudice to any additional terms described in our Refund Policy, which will never reduce the minimum rights granted to you by law.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Breach any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Site
  • Harm, harass or defraud third parties

Breach of these Terms may result in restricted access to our services.

All content on this Site — including the LULLA name, logo, images, text and design — is the property of LULLA / Zentra Global LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LULLA shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the United Kingdom.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Notwithstanding the above, where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence apply, those laws will prevail.

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you may also refer disputes to UK alternative dispute resolution bodies or seek guidance from Citizens Advice. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Any dispute shall, to the extent permitted by law, be subject to the courts located in the United States, without prejudice to the right of UK and EU-resident consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
